We abide by the no hits on 10 levels or more below (except War or Shady Lady with notice), and attacks on us with no accompanying message of explanation will be regarded as random and second offense as bullying or Declaration of War.
Absolutely NO bullying will be tolerated. If a member (or several members) of your alliance attacks one or several of our members or Pact members, without notice of reason, or no declaration of war - it will be considered bullying and thus dealt with as such.
When bullies are identified and reported, messages will be sent to them and their superiors. Then assistance will be called for from all those who dislike bullying to take one swipe against them to teach them a lesson (and perhaps worse for every repeated offense). Bullies are a nuisance to the goodgame society, and thus will be dealt with harshly. They interfere with the fun gameplay that goodgame offers, and thus need to be reminded that fires are no fun to put out.
However, no-one other than the bully is to be harmed. Their alliance is not to blame.
Attacking RVs or OPs will also be considered Declaration of War.
Also, just because you do not specifically abide by these rules, does not mean you can get away with them in offense against us.
